Hope. What is it and why do I need it?  Hope is both an emotion and a thought. The feeling of hope comes from our relationships, external. The thought of hope comes from our will to act, internal. If I experience hope, my brain function improves. If I face some difficulty, I'm more likely to make positive decisions if I have hope. The opposite of hope is fear. Fear disempowers hope. The thinking part of hope involves action. When we act, we are empowered. Hope quiets anxiety circuits in the brain. If you need help, don't wait. Take action. Call for a free consultation.
